Three simple steps to receiving live-in care 

Standard live-in care

Our standard live-in care is designed for those who need extra help around the home and covers a broad range of client needs:


• Mobility support

• Some assistance with showering, bathing, shaving and oral hygiene
• Some assistance with dressing
• Some assistance with getting to and from the toilet
• Forgetfulness or repetitive
• Assistance with preparing food
• May need prompting to take medication or ordering of prescriptions

With standard live-in care and support, the carer will also provide: companionship, meal preparation, light housework, domestic administration, recreational support and support with shopping trips or running errands.

Our advanced live-in care is for those who need full support and assistance in their home across a wide range of needs including those covered by standard live-in care:


• Supervision when moving around the house

• Full assistance with showering, bathing, shaving and oral hygiene

• Full assistance with dressing

• Bowel incontinence and requires full assistance with toilet hygiene

• Needs a commode, bottle or catheter bag emptied

• Requires full supervision

• Help to eat and drink

• May have dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, MS or require hoisting 

Advanced live-in care

Overnight care

Although both our standard live-in care and advanced live-in care options allow for some night-time support, our overnight care option is for those who primarily need care during the night.

• The carer lives in the property and is on hand during the night to assist with any requirements.
• Provides the reassurance that your loved one is sleeping safe, sound, and secure

Standard home care

Our standard home care is designed for those who need extra help around the home, primarily during the day, and covers a broad range of needs, such as: 

  • Mobility support and steadying 
  • Some assistance with bathing, shaving, oral care and dressing 
  • Support with the toilet/commode or bottle emptying 
  • Help with cutting up food and preparing meals 
  • Support to take medication or ordering prescriptions 
  • Companionship and assistance with trips out of the home 
  • Housework, grocery shopping and running errands 

Care+

Our care+ caters to those who need full assistance primarily during the day, with occasional nighttime support, across a range of needs, including: 

  • Mobility support and supervision, including hoisting 
  • Full assistance with bathing, shaving, oral hygiene and dressing 
  • Full continence support with a commode, bottle or catheter bag 
  • Assistance to eat and drink, including meal preparation 
  • Assistance with medications and re-ordering/collecting prescriptions 
  • Specialist care for dementia, Parkinson’s, MS or other complex health needs 
  • Companionship and reassurance 
  • Housework, grocery shopping and running errands 

Overnight care 

Although both our standard home care and care+ options allow some degree of night-time support, our dedicated overnight care service is for those who primarily need support during the night, rather than during the day. Our overnight care supports a range of needs, including: 

  • Full assistance or toileting/commode, bottle or catheter bag 
  • Reassurance and emotional support throughout the night 
  • Specialist support for complex health conditions 
  • Monitoring and supervision throughout the night 
  • Repositioning in bed 
  • Security for those who wander or have nighttime agitation
